Ground shipping fees are a percentage of your order whereas 2nd and Next Day Air

Frozen Shipping & Handling Costs:
For items that require a cooler and in-store pickup is not chosen a $5 fee per item and an overall $17 handling fee will be added on to cover the costs of the cooler and dry ice.
For items that require a cooler the $5 per item "frozen fee" is added on before the shipping is calculated and the $17 handling fee is added on after.
For air shipping the $5 per item fee and overall $17 handling fee is still added on to cover the costs of the cooler and dry ice.
