Our order cut off day is Saturday at 6 PM. Orders placed by Saturday will ship the upcoming week. We ship Monday thru Wednesday. Orders placed after Saturday will be shipped the following week.
However, if we have your items in stock and they will arrive by Friday then we will ship them. (This is to insure that the package does not sit with shipper over the weekend.)
All frozen goods are shipped with dry ice and cooler. Orders with items marked "cooler required" must have the frozen shipping fee or in-store pickup checked in the Cooler Required Drop-down menu before the item can be added to the cart. If your order is going to be shipped you must choose the frozen shipping method or we will not be able to process your order.
If your shipping destination is located in Zones 3 or 4 and you would like your dry goods shipped ground delivery and frozen goods sent next day or 2nd day air you must fill out two separate orders. Sorry for any inconvenience!
If a product is not in stock your order will ship without and a credit will be issued.
Soy, eggs, corn, milk, peanuts and other nuts are used in our facility.
